LAUDA process circulators offer a complete range of closed system, heating and cooling, circulating circulators for external circulation of coolant for process temperature control -50°C to +300°C.
With their high heating, cooling and pump capacities, LAUDA Integral XT process circulators create a new circulating dimension in process engineering. The basic principle comprises a circulation circulator with a very small internal volume and expansion vessel.
The Integral XT process circulators are characterised by extremely fast temperature changes, which are founded in the low, internally circulatored heat-transfer volumes. The efficient devices work according to a completely new technological principle, and increase the upper and lower limits of the working temperature range.
Circulating of stirrer tanks, glass or stainless-steel reactors in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries.
The bath liquid circulates in the entire system, and does not come into direct contact with the ambient air. A non-circulatored expansion vessel is used for the volume compensation in case of temperature changes. This operating principle offers numerous advantages to users. At low temperatures the condensation of air humidity is reduced as well as odour nuisance at high temperatures. Low evaporation or oxidation allows a long service life of the bath liquid. Without the need to change media operation throughout the entire temperature range from -50 up to 200 °C is feasible.
