Air Blast Process Coolers - Re-circulating coolant passes through air blown heat exchange radiators where process heat is transferred to ambient.

Our Compact range of self contained dry coolers are non-refrigerated cooling systems. They are a cost-effective alternative to recirculating chillers for applications where precise temperature control and cooling below ambient temperature are not required. Typically, coolant will be delivered back to the process at approximately 10°C above ambient, however, this is variable dependant on process load and external conditions.

All units contain powerful, non ferrous coolant pumps, stainless steel reservoir and coolant safety by-pass and are supplied in a robust, compact enclosure.

Compact 500

Versatile, free standing unit, suitable for a wide range of applications including MIG and TIG welding torches up to 650 AMPS, resistance welding machines up to 50kVA and plasma equipment up to 200 AMPS.

Compact 1500

Medium capacity unit, capable of cooling resistance welding machines up to 75kVA, torches on high duty automated MIG and TIG welding cycles, and plasma equipment up to 300 AMPS.

Compact 3000

Heavy duty unit typically used for induction heating equipment up to 5kW, welding machines up to 150kVA and automated welding/plasma processes.

Compact 5000

High capacity, heavy duty unit, capable of cooling induction heating equipment up to 10kW resistance welding machines up to 200kVA and high current multiple MIG and TIG torch welding processes.
